”Everything was wonderful! The only thing I would recommend for the property is that they clean their pools daily and their pool lounge chairs. I went swimming and noticed some food at the bottom of the pool, and when I went to the pool the next day, the food was still there.”

”A room on the Tommie side is kind of small for two people but that’s legitimately my only complaint. Also, since I’m active duty military I was able to receive free Valet parking for my time there. I really appreciated that and all of the amenities they offered were great. The next time I stay there I’ll stay on the Thompson side but all in all I really enjoyed my experience there.”

”The hotel has a terrible smell upon entrance. Some may be ok with that, however this is a luxury hotel. It should have a luxury ambience. The other part is that the Tommie hotel also connects to it, so you should just book there for half the co. It’s literally the same lobby, bars, pool, etc. You can really just stay there for half the cost, the Thomas was not worth the money overall a 3 star experience”

”The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had great breakfasts in the cafe and a wonderful lunch in the Victorian Room. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The valets were super speedy in getting our car for us. All together a great hotel experience.”

”The front desk staff at check in wasn’t the most helpful. But the bell staff and valet staff were amazing!! Also, I would book this hotel again just for the shower heads. Best ever!”
