”The host didn’t give me the entrance code unless I asked of it. And when the gave me the access code it was a wrong code and a wrong telephone number for the contact person in case you have questions.

”Our only complaint was that there was confusion between the property owner's policy on when access info is sent and what Expedia says on website and in emails. The Owner only releases the Access Code about an hour prior to the booking, Expedia says 2-3 days and sends emails saying "If you have not heard about access contact the owner". I understand the Owner's view and he does not want people checking in early BUT many people from outside UK will not have set up internet access so getting...
