Your property:
We strive for perfection on cleaning, all our beds & pillows are covered with waterproof covers for our guests safety. Our bedding & towels are all washed in hot water with free & clear laundry detergent for sensitive skin. We use cleaners & disinfectants to sterilize all high touch surfaces between guests.
We provide extra Toilet paper & Paper towels along with coffee pods for the Keurig and laundry supplies. We also have Seasoning & cooking oil, High speed blender, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, juicer, water kettle, pasta strainer, kitchen knives, high quality pots & pans, can opener, wine opener. The kitchens each consist of a six person dinning set with large plates, small plates, bowls, cups, mugs. We also have a ice maker. Crib (pack n play) is available upon request.
This house has 4 king size beds and does work best for 4-8 people. However can be used for 12 as it does have four sleeper couches as well. One being a massage & heat recliner. Two are twin size futons and the last is a queen size pullout couch. Extra pillows are always provided along with extra blankets when there are 10-12 guests for the sleeper couches. Our cleaners are updated with the number of guests so they can leave out the appropriate number of towels, so please make sure your reservation has the accurate number of guests on it :) We have an indoor wood burning fireplace as a backup heater in case of emergency during winter. Downstairs we have 4 mini splits in the rooms along with a bathroom electric floorboard heater and a space heater for the side bedroom. Upstairs we have 3 mini split heads and a separate space heater. Please note: this property is also rented as separate units so if u see another listing for it that's why. It is a duplex that has two of everything in both levels with the exception of downstairs having an enclosed porch for games. Each unit has two exits and u can go between the two through the porch. We may open back up a door at some point between the dinning room in the downstairs unit to the laundry room in the upstairs unit but as of now the way to go between would be the porch.

Two Brand new hot tubs beautiful granite color 6 seaters with led lights and ultra powerful jets. One hot tub is private on the side yard of the house fully fenced in under our metal roof gazebo with bug nets & privacy curtains. It is not visible to neighbors or the downstairs unit. The hot tub lights are solar powered & automatic. The other hot tub is also private on the back of the house patio outlooking our two acres of property. Not visible to neighbors with our new metal roof gazebo with bug nets & privacy curtains. Just added an electric grill & a cute hammock with outdoor furniture in the patio area. Newly added gym equipment as well with a pull up stand. The hot tub lights are solar powered & automatic they run off of the amount of sunlight they receive in a given day.
Interaction with guests:
I am available 24/7 for emergencies and late evenings if you need assistance with check in. Normal messaging hours are between 10am-10pm my average response time is 5min if it is an emergency please call my phone twice.
No fees for a later checkout/earlier check in as long as it’s approved and discussed before hand. Please let us know in advance if you would like to request it, We will do the best to accommodate you. * Without approval we do charge for every 30min after checkout you will be charged $50 and once it hits 2 hours you will be charged an additional day as this doesn't give our cleaners enough time to get ready for the next reservation.

If there is ever an issue with getting into the house or you accidentally get locked out not to worry we have extra sets of keys for emergency locked in a separate lockbox, along with having our housecleaner that lives just down the street who is always available to help out in case of emergency. We also have a private contractor that lives nearby as well to help if something breaks :)

We have a professional cleaning team that lives in town so if anything is not up to standard please let us know and we will send someone over asap. Someone is always around to help with any issues so if anything comes up please don’t hesitate to reach out so we can have the opportunity to get things resolved for you during your trip :)
Please review the welcome book and online guidebook for local attractions and recommendations for restaurants, activities, and a more thorough updated book inside the house. We are always adding improvements to enhance guest experience, photos are constantly updated.
For reservations of 28 days or longer please send an inquiry for setting up required paperwork to abide by the local laws for long term reservations.
Out of safety for guests especially those with young children we do not have any glass on the property, as far as decorations go or in the kitchen so if you do decide to bring any please be careful & do not bring glass into the hot tub.
Please bring your own firewood, as we used to provide some, but got in many terrible situations where people would constantly request more and more taking advantage of our kindness causing us to have to change policies. Thank you for understanding.
We also have no age requirement, so as long as someone in the party is 18 or older in order to book through their account your'e all set :) We just moved the hot tub from the side yard into the barn to make it an even better space for guests stay tuned for the new photos.
