On the second day my room hadn’t been cleaned by 16.30. When I reported to the reception, they gave me two clean towels. I demaded that the room needs to be cleaned or they have to move me to a clean room. They informed me that the housekeeping will arrive in 20 min and I can wait in their ”rest room” which was a space on the 1st floor without windows. There was a restaurant in the hotel as well. I wonder why not offering a beer there while I had to wait ultimately for 40 min for the housekeeping to arrive. Sincerely poor customer service.

Perushotelli rautatieaseman vieressä. Äänieristys oli aika heikko, joten kadun melu kuului huoneeseen varsin hyvin. Huone itsessään oli niukasti sisustettu, sänky kuitenkin yllättävän hyvä. Aamupala oli niukanpuoleinen, ja ruoka-aineallergiselle haasteena oli, että mahdollisista allergeeneistä ei mainittu missään.

Very basic hotel
The hotel is located on the other side of the street next to the central train station. I had a room on the 8th floor. The room looked worn out and ascetic. There was no air conditioner nor Wi-Fi signal in the room even though free Wi-Fi was included in the price. The bed didn't feel comfortable either.

Good location and service
The location was extremely good with walking distance to most of the attractions of the city and easy access to public transportation and city bikes close by. The interior is maybe a bit outdated, but everything was clean and in good condition. The only real minus was the breakfast. It was quite expensive for what it was (some breads, one type of cheese and a few meats plus some cereals). Plus their website image gives a slightly better image of the selection compared to reality. All in all I'd come here again, except maybe next time I'll just eat breakfast outside.

not really what we expected
The staff in the reception was not that helpful and service-minded. The room was ok, enough space. It did smell quite bad in the room. There was no curtain etc in front of the shower so the whole bathroom was wet after taking a shower. The hotel is located super near to the central station. I'd say the hotel is a good choice if you just need a place to crash for one night. For longer stays I would not recommend it.

La ubicación es perfecta, justo al frente de la estacion central. Se puede ir caminando por los lugares turísticos. El hotel esta bien en relación calidad-precio. El desayuno es básico pero esta bien. Al estar en la estacion central se escucha un poco de ruido y esta zona esta un poco sucia.

Gedateerde accommodatie welke er een beetje louche uitziet als je aankomt. Prima geholpen met onze nachtelijke incheck. Pand is enorm gehorig en is duidelijk aan renovatie toe. Heeft gediend waarvoor het geboekt is en dat was een bed voor de nacht omdat we om 3 a 4 uur ‘s nachts niet nog 3 uur naar huis wilden rijden.

Dichtbij het treinstation. Handig als je met de trein reist, maar wij waren met de auto. In antwerpen is het lastig een parkeerplek te vinden, maar de receptie had een parkeerplek voor ons. De kamer was kaal, geen sfeer, her en der wat dingen stuk. Maar het was er wel schoon. Op de gang buiten de kamer rook het niet fris (rooklucht). In de kamer was het oke. De bedden waren redelijk. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar prima en we werden zeer vriendelijk geholpen. Verwacht voor de prijs niet veel, maar voor 1 overnachting een prima hotel. Totaalcijfer: 6-je

Etat de la chambre très vétuste, mais service ok et propre. Chambre bien nettoyée. Savon fourni dans la douche un peu trop liquide, c'était limite de l'eau colorée. Excellent service tv avec beaucoup de chaine internationale, douche fonctionnelle, lit super confortable, chauffage fonctionnel très rapidement.

We just arrived at the hotel so we needed to unpack out things that cost us to make sounds around the door because of the bagages, so the next room made a complain about it and the manager came to our door explaining the situation when i told him sorry, he told me that we just should not talk to respect the other customers. But the problem here is not us but the ceilings that are made of nothing but a bit of wood so you could hear every kind movement you make in there. And secondly after that we goed outside to make sure everything goes well. When we came back he was following us everywhere to make sure we go directly back to the hotel while we wanted to go to our friends room first to get some stuffs. He directly brought us to our room which is very inconvenient because this guy treated us like we were not paying as much as the other guests. Under the bed was full of foils with food in it. I would never go back here because of this situation we experienced.

Convenient one night stay next to station
One night stay next to station in antwerp.Always an interesting city to visit.They upgraded my room to one with 4 beds.Had to ask for another tv remote but otherwise fine.Good self serve breakfast.

Heb gelogeerd van vrijdag tot maandag, vrij en zat en zon nacht was het heel veel lawaai. Om 3 en 4 uur en 5 uur wakker door mensen die op de kamer gingen
