Viihtyisä hotelli junalla saapuville
Hintaan nähden poikkeuksellisen hyvä kokemus. Hotelli on äskettäin remontoitu. Huone oli pieni mutta toimiva ja erittäin viihtyisä, sopii pariskunnille. Antwerpenin aseman edessä tekee tästä kätevän junalla saapuville. Ravintoloita ja kauppoja on heti lähellä ja turistikeskustaan kohtuullinen noin 15 minuutin kävelymatka. Huone sisäpihan puolella oli hiirenhiljainen. Kyltissä lukee "Hotel Indigo", mikä oli eri kuin ebookersissa, ilmeisesti remontin jäljiltä, mutta ei sitä ole vaikea löytää.

Situated well next to the train station, so was nice for our short visit. Room was nicely decorated and bed comfortable. Breakfast had good variety of options and was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A nice hotel with serviceminded personnel
A nice hotel placed close to Antwerpen Central station. Serviceminded personnel. Tasty breakfast, small rooms. I had a room turned to the square, a bit noisy as you could hear the traffic and people talking outside. So next time I would ask for a room turned to the back yard.

Nicht wirklich sauber, das Personal ist meist nett, serviceorientiertes Arbeiten ist aber definitiv etwas anderes. Das Frühstück ist geschmacklos, die Auswahl an Speisen sehr gering, vor allem für Vegetarier. Das Fertig-Rührei war immer kalt und hart, absolut nicht das Geld wert. Die Zimmer sind klein und dunkel. Die Badezimmertür quietscht enorm, sodass bei jedem Toilettengang der Mitreisende nachts wach wurde. Die Lage ist direkt am Bahnhof, laut zwar es nicht, das Klientel vor der Tür verhielt sich aber dementsprechend. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Stadt was ein Pluspunkt ist. Alles in allem absolut schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

No Parking at the hotel! It’s 2 blocks away if parking lot isn’t full. We had to wait in line to wait for cars to leave to be able to get in the parking lot. Hotel is right next to the station, very dirty and noisy. Room was tiny, needs to be refreshed in every sense. Would not recommend.

Centrally located near Antwerp Train Station; EXTREMELY helpful and friendly staff; generous, tasty breakfast; clean, comfortable, lovely room. When I checked in was asked if I wanted a room on the square or at the back of the building, was told the rooms on the square could be noisy, being from Manhattan and used to noise we opted for view of the square, fun to look out onto, but indeed noisy -- but we were warned!

Cool vibe - would stay again
The hotel was lovely - has a cool vibe and well decorated. Room was clean. Pillows were quite hard, which isn’t what I prefer, but the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful! They give you a a small discount for the restaurant if you don’t require new towels each day, which is a grey incentive! Super close to the train station. Could be a little noisy but I wasn’t bothered.

This was yet another nice hotel, in Antwerp. Good convenient location and good amenities, but the A/C was basically nonexistent, even when set to the highest fan speed there was nothing coming out of the vents. Normally, I think, this wouldn't be an issue, but it was near 90 (Fahrenheit) while we were there, and this caused some issues trying to sleep at night. In normal weather, though, I'm sure it's perfectly lovely.

Disappointing
Lovely hotel. Staff were all helpful and attentive. Overnight work on tramlines at hotel front made sleeping very difficult Add in live music until 3am from nearby bar made sleeping almost impossible. Such a lovely hotel but really disappointing stay due to surrounding activities.

I liked the hotel, staff and breakfast but being so close to the train station and plaza meant it was noisy some nights and the area was a bit run down, but not the hotel itself.

This hotel was conveniently located, as it was adjacent to Antwerp Central train station. We we able to check in early and walk the Meir to the city center. Antwerp was one of our favorite cities in Belgium.

Although the rooms are rather small by North American standards, they are very efficient, stylish, and extremely comfortable! The location was absolutely ideal with quick and easy access to trains as well as local transit, many attractions are within walking distance of the hotel

A nice clean room at a hotel literally 1 min walk from the main Antwerp station. So very convenient for the station. This area is OK, maybe a bit run down, I think the main tourist bit is 15 mins walk away nearer the Scheldt river. Room furnishing is nice but one comment: Unless I missed it the shower, sink and WC room has zero ventilation, i.e., no window and no extractor fan. On a hot summer's day and with the main room window only able to be opened a bit, this is not ideal. It is also, in my experience, unusual.
