The flat is furnished with merely the necessities, such as a kitchen, bathroom and toilet. We apologise if the bathroom wasn't suitable for applying makeup. Since we are not your conventional hotel, daily housekeeping is not offered. We offer fully furnished flats, and stayovers once a week. As well as the TV which can usually be found in the living room.We do hope however that your time in Antwerp was to your liking.Kind regards,

Beste Adriaantje, Dankuwel dat u tijd heeft genomen een review te schrijfen!! Wij vinden het nogmaals heel spijtig om te lezen dat u een slechte ervaring heeft gehad met de bedbank. Wij hadden heel graag willen voorkomen dat er iemand op de grond moet slapen, dit is zeker niet de bedoeling! Wij zijn wel blij dat dit uiteindelijk toch heeft gemeld in de ochtend zodat de 2e nacht er niemand op de grond moest slapen. Wel is het ontzettend jammer dat wij dit pas in de ochtend mee kregen , anders hadden jullie gelijk een andere kamer gekregen. Wij zijn blij dat het uiteindelijk goed is opgelost.
