Residenssit – Aosta

"Hotellipalvelu ei vastannut viittä tähteä, se oli kasvotonta, henkilökunta oli liian kokematonta, ei vastaa 5 tähden palvelun osaamista. Oli erikoista, että spaahan piti varata aika joka päivä ja esim. yritimme varata aamulla klo 9, mutta se ei onnistunut, koska spavastaava tulee vasta klo 10. Sovimme, että hän varaa ja saamme tiedon kun tulemme rinteestä. Ilmeisesti vastaanottohenkilö ei ollut muistanut tehdä varausta koska kun palasimme ip niin meille ei ollutkaan vapaata spa-aikaa. Käsittämätöntä että heillä ei ole reaaliaikaista varauslistaa aamulla. Tarjoilijat olivat nuoria ja puuttui sellainen mukava kohteliaisuus ja ilmeni organisointikyvyttömyyttä, samaa asiaa hoti monta. Huomasin, että aamiaisella he pyyhkivät samalla rievulla istuimet ja pöydät, näin kävi joka aamu. Munakokkeli oli kylmää, jugurttikulhoja sai pyytää kun oli loppu. Tilasin pannukakkuja ja ne eivät kyllä olleet juuri tehtyjä, vaikuttivat kaupan valmiilta pannukakuilta. Muuten aamiainen oli hyvä. Ravintolan illallinen oli todella kallis ja niinpä me ja monet hotellin asukkaat illallistivat kylän ravintoloissa, muutama hassu oli ravintolassa. Baarin yhteydessä sai hivenen edullisempia aterioita. Siivouksesta: huoneet olivat ok, mutta käytävät huonosti imuroitu, samat roskat, nukat viikon ja nurkat pölyiset, sama hiekkakasa rappukäytävässä useita päiviä Yleisissä tiloissa olevassa naistenhuoneessa, skiroomin lähellä, saippua oli loppu useita päiviä kunnes pyysin."

"Family room was spacious, in two floors. Our room was at top floor, besine church bell. Bells didnt bother too much, they wake 730 and last call was at 22 Breakfast was okay, but no super. We stayed full week on ski trip on that time no variations. Parking was 4eur night on carage and storake locker for skiis was available. We tested bath/sauna area 2sauna wirh relaxin pool with water massage and gym with multidevices. Both were as expected. Room was clean with dayly cleaning and staff were nice and helpfull. I found it relative easy to reach ski centers and visited cervinia&valldorance(30min) and motorway pila(25min) and la thoule(50min) with car. I could stay here second time."

"Ei kuntosalia, ja päivän mittaan joku baari olisi hyvä lisä palvelu! Kahvila /aamupala huone rajoitettu määrä tarjoilua, Italialisittain pientä!"

"A charming Scandinavian hotel with excellent service. The beds are soft and the duvets are plush (perhaps a bit too warm in the summer). Don’t skip dinner; the experience is amazing! Also breakfast is super! The bar is great, and the terrace is wonderfully sunny. If you are a very light sleeper, it's advisable to request a room facing the courtyard or bring earplugs, as the nearby road is surprisingly busy. However, the noise did not bother us. We will definitely come again!"

"What a wonderful hotel! Excellent, personalized service. Delightful decor with plenty to see and admire at any moment. Breakfast is served at the tables with local products. The location is at the end of a pedestrian street, close to all the main shops and restaurants in Aosta, yet still very peaceful. We can't help but admire and thank them! "
