”The room was small, but okay for a single person. The bed was okay, it was clean. Loved the bench above the air conditioner/heater. The breakfast was standard cold and hot items, but not much for sitting, so you may need to eat in your room. The down fall was I could hear a TV going in the next room and in the other room, hear a phone alarm going off.”

”Our check in wasnt the greatest. Front desk staff were talking and ignored us for a few minutes. We were there early and were told our room was ready but there would be a $35 fee to check in early. I have never heard of this! Our room was musty and smelled like dogs.”

”The hotel was very Beautiful and very clean. It was beautifully decorated. The staff were all super helpful and courteous. The only complaint I have is that the bed was hard as a rock. We had a very nice room with a king bed and beautiful views, but that bed was hard as a rock. That’s the only thing that could use an Upgrade. The room and the bathroom were extremely clean. I would definitely stay there again with a softer bed. And also housekeeping put a fresh sheet on there had a hole in it on...

”Overall, this hotel was pretty good! We were there for a Mayo visit and chose this one due to its gluten free restaurant and gluten free breakfasts as it’s one of the only celiac safe places. Unfortunately, they were closed so we didn’t get either option. I just wish this was advertised clearly for these dates. The room was clean but dated. Shuttle was a great help in the rain. We are considering booking again for our return trip but not yet sure. ”

”If you need a wheelchair, you might not get one. First night checkin wheelchair was available. Second night, after a 10 hour day at St Marys, there was no wheelchair available. UNDERSTAND, Aspen Select does not guarantee wheelchairs. But a hotel property this close to Mayo St Mary's hospital should be able to guarantee the use of a wheelchair. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. ”
