”Talo ja huoneistot olivat tyylikkäät ja hyvällä sijainnilla. Huoneisto oli hyvänkokoinen 3-4 hlölle. Huoneisto parven ansiosta kaksi kerroksinen ja ylhäällä oli myös hyvän kokoinen makuuhuone. Yhteydenpito whatsappin kanssa sujui ripeästi, mutta ei tosin viikonlopun aikana. Huoneistosta puuttui kokonaan kaukosäädin toisen makuuhuoneen televisioon, joten sitä ei voinut käyttää. Pyynnöstä huolimatta kaukosäädintä ei toimitettu. Kuten koko huoneisto, niin kylpyhuoneet olivat oikein tyylikkäät....

”Despite the late June heatwave, we had a wonderful week in Bologna, and were delighted with our accommodation - Paolo's apartment is spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and perfectly located, just a short walk from the very centre. ”The location is perfect and close to the main attractions. It is a lovely apartment with all the amenities necessary. The only thing that has been a bit annoying is that on Expedia it's clearly stated that the cleaning fees are not mandatory if you clean the apartment yourself but in reality they are mandary fees! ”

”We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares”

”We had a lovely stay at this perfectly located apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us, with a well equipped kitchenette and a beautifully updated bathroom. Everything was squeaky clean and the location is perfect with a beautiful view onto the rooftops of old Bologna. All major sights, shopping and grocery shopping are in easy walking distance. Communication was great and made both checkin and checkout super easy. Highly recommended. ”

”Our group of 6 loved our stay in this apartment. There were a lot of stairs to climb but it was easily worth it, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Luciano was very helpful and friendly and we had a great time! There is construction outside the apartment (as of May 2025) but we were able to cover most of it up with a white noise machine. Bologna was such a wonderful city and we loved this apartment!”
