”The property is in a good position for Sibulan Airport and shopping and eating at Robinsons mall.
Although the property could do with a little touch up with a coat of paint, it was generally in very good condition and Staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good value for money.
Definitely will stay again when visiting Dumaguete.

”Overall, I am happy with the place. I stayed in room 203. The king size bed was comfy. The room is so spacious but my only issue is the toilet. The space between the toilet bowl and the wall is so small that it would be a problem for tall people. Breakfast choices are ok. Staff in general are so nice and helpful. The location is ok but you will definitely need a car. We brought a car but am sure the hotel can arrange transportation. ”

There are things to improve on, a fridge in the room would be most wanted rather than a communal one on each floor after all it’s hot in the Philippines and you want a cold drink at night.
