Our toilet flusher broke and looked like someone previously repaired it with twisty tie. One night table lamp didn’t work. The other lamp had one broken USB hub. The tub didn’t have a working stopper to soak in a bath. The pool was closed during our entire trip with no explanation or warning it was closed. Found out after going to the pool and seeing the sign.”

”Gorgeous spaces! Check in was different with no in-person contact, but communication was good and room was easy to access. Elevator was very slow, so we took stairs to the second floor room (all rooms are on the second floor). Beautiful room and bathroom with high-end fixtures. Personal welcome note on the table was a nice touch. Record player and records available was unreal but fun! Breakfast was different from most hotels, but very enjoyable. Bed was SUPER comfortable!”
