”Quick stop passing through town, clean! ”

”This is our second stay and plan a stay for next year’s trip too. This hotel is clean, comfortable and near everything. The front desk was super kind and helpful. The room and bed is comfortable and quiet. This is a great stay and perfect for all travelers. ”

”Perfect stay! We came to town to go to the Tennessee Theatre and the location was great. The atmosphere was safe and staff were very nice! The hotel was very clean! Only suggestion would be maybe freshen up the caulk in the shower. Will definitely be staying again in the future!”

”The bed and sheets were very comfortable. The decor was satisfactory but not overly homey. It could use some updating. A new coffee machine is necessary! The coffee was terrible in the lobby! ”

”It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ...

”This hotel had 7.5 star rating. We drove through coming home from Florida and didnt prebook a hotel. Upon arrival the lobby was old and dirty. The owner came and made girl switch our 2 rooms to back building. There was a in room Fight next to us. Out door wouldn't unlock. We drove back to lobby 2x to reprogram key. The owner after last time finally came back with us. Key still didn't work. He looks at us and opens using his key and says " you arent going out again right?" So we stayed. Non...

”There was a dirty wash cloth left in the tub and under the sink. There was a wet spot under the covers .(had to take sheets off) Had my own. The bed was way to hard. The towel are rough and scratchy no fabric softener .”

”Young man at check in desk was super personable , friendly, and efficient. ”

”We stay at Ka Quinta hotels when we travel. The one in East Ridge (Chattanooga) TN is really nice. The one in Powell Tn not so good. Microwave did not work, the refrigerator was so noisy I had to unplug it. The breakfast no where near as good as East Ridge. ”

”Wasnt sure about this hotel after reading some reviews but i was pleasantly surprised, our room was clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful. It is located right next to a road and we did hear road noise but by 10, on a friday night, the noise stopped, we had a very quiet night in comfortable beds. Didnt have a breakfast included but coffee and tea was in the room and a mcdonalds up the street.”

”Staff at a the front desk were super friendly Staff at ge Breakfast Buffet were super helpful! Air conditioning worked good. The drapes in our room could have better coverage to block light out from the pool area. The area felt safe. Would definitely book again ”
