Asuntolaivat, Appalakkien ylänkö

Hylätty, rapistunut puutalo, jonka ympärillä kasvaa rehevää kasvillisuutta ja jonka lähellä on lehdettömiä puita.

”Room was just okay and had a terrible odor (wet dog smell?) Water pressure was very intense and the tub fills with water and drains extremely slow. The pool heater was broken which is understandable but would have been nice to be told that when we checked in vs getting changed walking down and reading the sign. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee wasn't even hot. Staff acts like guests are a burden.”

”The carpet in my room was extremely dirty and needs replaced. There were cobwebs in the tops of windows and in the corners of the room. The shower needs repair but worked enough for my one shower I took. The bed was extremely hard and I could feel the displacement of inner material inside. The room had a wierd smell, probably from the carpet. If it wasn't for my short stay and the needed room for a wedding not to mention other places were full, I would have left and went somewhere else. I...

”No internet or tv access were available during our stay (large sign was posted at the front desk - warning of this upon check-in), breakfast options were incredibly limited, and I was a little offended by the sign in the tiny breakfast corner to “only take 1 of an item”. No protein offerings were available at all, I ended up with a small muffin and cold cereal in a plastic cup… Regulating our room temp was an issue. Our room had the air conditioner on (external temps were already in the low...

”We were in town for a Penn St. game. This is about as close as you are going to get to Happy Valley without paying $1,000 per night. So, consider it. Everything was great for our intended purpose. They did, however, give us the wrong room key when we checked in and walked in on someone else's room. Forturnately, the guests were not in the room. But, that did give cause for concern. They were very apologetic for the error. Just something worth noting.”

”Friendly, helpful staff, pet friendly. I always enjoy my stay. The only thing I would like to see brought back is the waffle maker that was one of my favorite things and I’ve heard other people say the same thing. Please bring back the waffle makers and it would be nice to have a coffee and a microwave in the room as well, but the remodeling is absolutely beautiful and again the staff that works there are one of a kind I have never seen such hospitality.”
