”Loved the history that permeated the entire hotel. Although we were steeped in history, we still had all the expected modern conveniences that we’ve come to expect when traveling.”

”This hotel is lovely from the time you walk in to checking out. It is clean and hospitable. The rooms were clean and spacious. The gathering room (for breakfast and snacks in the evening) is comfortable... and many people gather together instead of people being locked separately in their rooms. Pool area is clean and nice for kids of all ages. Such a nice place for the family to stay... swing sets, small village houses for kids, bakery and dining on site, and just really beautiful landscaping....

”Everything was amazing. We travel frequently, and this is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. One odd thing, there is no switch for the bathroom fan. However, if that's the one issue, you know that you're in a great location.”

”Beautiful hotel. Very clean with lots of storage for clothing, etc. Breakfast selection was great. Two kinds of waffles, cheese omelets, sausage, toast, pastries, cereals. Convenient to restaurants. ”
