Laundry available for free, a list of nearby restauraunts and their menus, shared areas with games. You may run into other guests, or share the breakfast area with them. You can bring your own food and store it in the kitchen space, just be aware that other visitors have access to the shared kitchens. Bedroom was clean”

”A really unique and beautiful B&B a short walk from Inveraray town centre. Rob was a great and kind host, and tended to our every need. We stayed in the Cairngorm Suite, a beautiful room with everything you could need and more, and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also to a high standard with great local produce. Would highly recommmend and would love to stay again!”

”Lovely stay and hosts. Stunning view over the little harbour from the room. Perfect for sunset viewing. They had a garden in front of the house where we sat in the afternoon reading. Spotless clean and modern room. Great bathroom and nice beds. Close to the house you have a pub and restaurant with good meals. We should definitely be happy to return.”

”The venue is up a gradual slope, being around a 10 minute walk from the town centre however the view of the harbour during the walk is beautiful. Being close to the pulpit hill viewpoint makes a nice trip being only a couple minutes walk from the venue. ”The Maclean Guest House was in a very convenient spot within Fort William. It was an easy walk to get to the main commercial street, yet far enough away to have easy parking. The facilities were very nice. The only negative is that the hot water in the showers did not work for more than one minute in either room my group booked. ”

”Although this property is small, the people running it are big hearted. We were driving from Isle of Skye on a very stormy day when we received message from Mark and Louisa to inform us that we could checkin earlier as they did not want us to be waiting in the storm until checkin time. We were quite touched by the gesture. The free parking was very convenient. The room was clean and well decorated. The toilet + shower were modern and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with homemade everything....
