”Great stay at Crest at Hampton! Check-in was quick and easy, the location couldn’t have been better, and the staff was friendly throughout our stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was that they still use traditional room keys instead of key cards, which felt a bit outdated and less convenient. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again.”

”Our family was extremely disappointed with our stay. We picked this hotel specifically, due to the listing indicating that the hotel had a pool. This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances....

”Cleanliness was excellent as well as customer service. Very convenient as well as there was a Hannaford grocery store, CVS and Walgreens all within walking distance. Mini Golf across the street and Wingz It had very good food. It was also only 10 minutes driving to the beach. Would definitely stay here again:)”

”I felt this room was a health hazard. The carpet was wet and musty from humidity which left the tile wet when walked on. (Slipped but didn't fall.) The bathroom smelled like methane gas or sulfur our entire stay. The rubber seal on the bottom of the shower door is missing so water leaked onto the floor unless we figured a way to stuff a face cloth in the opening. The maintenance person was hosing down our entryway (?) as we returned to our room, leaving us with wet feet as we entered. This hotel...
