We were greeted kindly after a short wait upon arrival. Everything looked clean and neat. The front desk agent did his best to accommodate our preferences.
The room was clean and comfortable. There were no issues. We could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms but it was manageable. The room could be more soundproofed. We enjoyed the personal touches in the room.
Breakfast was fine. The dining staff was excellent. She was cheerful, patient, and kind. I want to give her a big shoutout for being a standout employee. She deserves to be recognized by her employer and they should know she is a gem. She cares about the hotel guests and her coworkers. Thanks for the morning positivity. The housekeepers were friendly and smiling. The staff are an asset at this establishment.
Checkout was simple and unrushed.
Even the lobby coffee was passable 😉
I will recommend this hotel. I would stay again.
