”The hot, home-cooked breakfast with fresh fruit is wonderful!
Staff is helpful and friendly. Shops are approximately 1 mile walking distance, and there is a bus that goes to the mall down the block.

”This is a restored hotel and a very nice place to stay with amazing views of the bay. The bed was very comfortable, the towels were thick, the water was hot and plentiful. Only drawback was the bathroom needs some serious cleaning. The shower and sink areas had a lot of mold that needs to be dealt with. It wasn’t “OMG, disgusting!l mold but sufficient to warrant mentioning. If we were staying more than one night we would have asked them to deal with it.

”Lokesh Kant was helpful in making us comfortable during our stay. He was informative when we asked about places of interest to visit while in the area. We enjoyed talking with him as he was very personable. We definitely would recommend Hillside Motel. It was not the Taj Mahal, but for the value price, it was worth staying there. If and when we are in St John, we would stay there again. ”
