”We were pleased with the hotel - very nice, clean, new and spacious rooms with great views in a beautiful setting. Breakfast was also great! A couple of things would need a bit improvement: dinner was a big disappointment especially considering that we are in Spain. Also, it is difficult to get to Laguardia or other nearby towns as there are only a couple of taxis operating out of Laguardia, Haro etc.”

”Joseba ontving ons heel vriendelijk en gaf via de app allerlei tips over restaurants. Het appartement was heel.schoon en ruim. Er hangt een grote tv en er staat een fijn bankstel. Het is een rustige buurt en alle mooie steden van het Baskenland zijn binnen 1 tot 1,5 uur bereikbaar. Vitoria is dichtbij.”

”Love the location. Excellent service. Drive to all centralize Rioja bodegas. Very quiet and peacefull place. Excellent rooms and soft pillows. Excellent bath and shower. Only a couple of places to eat walking distance but if you have a car excellent choices in Haro at 10 minutes. Would stay here again at any time.”

”When we arrived, the hotel did not have our booking. Luckily they had a room as they were not full. The staff were very friendly but told us they do not deal with hotels.com. I don’t know if this is the fault of the hotel or hotels.com but if you have booked through hotels.com, I would suggest you contact the hotel to confirm. ”

”We’re just sorry we arrived late and had to check out early for wine tastings in the morning. A thoughtful modern renovation of an old stone farmhouse set in a tranquil village overlooking vineyards. Our breakfast of fresh juice and fruits, cheese and a selection of salmon and cured meats was prepared by a very charming local woman. When I return to the region, I will definitely include this special small hôtel on my itinerary. ”

”Wonderful hotel in the quaint town of Briones. Tasteful and modern design with a beautiful courtyard and small terrace on the 2nd floor. We stayed in a junior suite that was spacious, well designed, with great views and probably the biggest and most comfortable bed we have ever experienced. The gastronomic restaurant is a true gem with a thoughtful menu boasting well-balanced, surprising flavors and combinations. A restaurant that’s easily on a Michelin star level. ”Wonderful place to stay. Such a historic building with old furnishings. Old fashioned but the bathroom was fresh and modern. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. The wine list was impressive . Breakfast also very good. Situated in a small village close to Haro. Not much to do in the village except enjoying the hotel and restaurant. We enjoyed to stay here very much. ”
