The property is located 1,900 metres from the ski slopes and 1,100 metres from the shops.

Situated on the first floor with no lift, the apartment features a south-east facing balcony, offering pleasant views over the village and plenty of natural light throughout the day. The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, ensuring comfort and privacy for all occupants.

The bathroom facilities include one bathroom as well as separate WC, providing practical and convenient amenities.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, four ceramic hobs, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals after a day in the mountains.
