A free shuttle stop (line D, during winter) is located directly in front of the farmhouse. With a surface area of 49 m², the apartment is on the first floor and features a west-facing balcony.

The property can accommodate up to 6 guests. It includes two bedrooms, each furnished with two single beds, as well as a living room with a single bench bed and a pull-out bed. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, and refrigerator. The apartment also includes a flat-screen TV, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
