”The front desk employees and the manager are the worst i ever seen. The rooms are bad and no hot water in the room to shower. Food is bad. They advertise that they have a shuttle but they don't send any one to pick you up from the airport. I had to pay money and take a taxi to the hotel where i stayed only 1 day. Wat a disgusting place and managers. I don't know how this hotel got 4 star!”

”I was a guest of the hotel for two weeks, I liked it and I will return. I went there ( so far .. from aeroport ) a lady come out from this house and told me that a company rented it now and it is not a guest house anymore. Expedia should be up to date of this ! The lady told me i am not alone some others came before me ! I lost money add to that Taxis and time ... It was very bad experience. Now how to claim money back ?”
