”Literally, absolutely nobody went into the pool at all and it was spring break like that’s a fantastic time to swim so there must of been something wrong. With the house keeping they don’t mop behind the toilet and they will hardly clean your room they do the bare minimum with the stay overs. My experience here was terrible and when I brought up a complain to the owner/manager he completely ignored and refused to do anything about the problems. Not to mention they have no smoke detectors in any...

”The staff is courteous. The location is ideal. The room was a little musty. A bit run down. Definitely need to work on getting new bed sheets, Blankets, and pillow cases because just about every piece of thread seems to have some sort of stain.”

”The office when we checked in smelt like weed. Really bad! Room was ok for the price but needs some work. The AC unit was loud and the curtains didn't close all the way so we had parking lot light shining in our eyes all night. The lady at the counter in the morning was very nice. Breakfast was ok.”

”The location was great. The room was nice/clean however, it was a very nosey hotel. I was on night-shift for a construction site and it was difficult to sleep during the day with the cleaners and other families/children on multiple occasions.”

”From start to finish, the Quality Inn at Ingleside was impeccable. The Grab-and-Go breakfast was surprisingly diversified and included tasty sandwiches that could be warmed in a micro. We enjoyed our stay immensely.”

”Overall clean. However, upon entering room it did smell like wet dog. We bought Lysol and it was able to help the smell. Beds were clean, restrooms clean.. until the next day a large sized roach was found lingering in our bathroom. That kind of made our stay less pleasant. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. Minus the cucharacha”

”The room was filthy..floors turned your feet BLACK. We did not use the stove it looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. There was food built up around the sink and worst of all cockroaches. Husband said shower barely ran water. The staff of one was nice to us. We liked him.... Will never stay again”
