”A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez...

”We absolutely loved the pool area and spent a lot of time there. The views are amazing too. Apartment was well furnished and worked well for our family of five. Summer pass was great advantage. There was one Spar very close and some other groceries nearby. The Super U was 30min away.”

”Chalet was perfect for family of 4, and the swimming pool a bonus for the kids. Ski bus stop was very close, and its a beautiful area. On the listing the map shows the location as Les Esserts which was wrong - however in the end we were glad we were down in the valley on the outskirts of Morillon. In the mornings we got the ski bus to the telecabine, and after skiing generally walked back to the chalet which took about 15 mins. This was only possible as we left our rented skis in the hire shop...

”Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laisser de commentaires, mais j’aimerais vraiment éviter que d’autres personnes se retrouvent dans la situation dans laquelle nous avons été. À notre arrivée, le chauffe-eau était éteint et nous n’avons ainsi pas eu la possibilité de prendre de douche après une journée de randonnée avec notre petite fille de trois ans. De plus, l’eau du robinet était marron. La nuit ensuite était plutôt chaotique dans la mesure où nous entendions les personnes des chambres voisines,...

”After long day we expected that beds are ready for three of us. Like normally they are. Well, prepare to do your own bed. Also remember to do cleaners work, one rubbish bag is there. You just need to add in to the bin. If you want to bath, bring your own plug for the bathtub. Dont use too much toilet paper either, there is half roll of it and no spare. I would not choose to have breakfast in here. You cant even have eggs even if you ask for those before coming. If you want to have warm...
