”The room was super clean.”

”The hotel was nice inside, but there were a lot of homeless individuals outside, and they blocked the entrance to the parking lot where we had to maneuver around groups of them to get to the parking lot. There is a a vacant building right there that seems to be the hangout. It didn't feel very safe outside. But the entrance to the hotel is locked and you have to use your key card to get in, so that was good. Someone must've called the police one evening because they showed up outside. There...

”A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. ”

”All linens and towels were stained. Bathrooms had black mold. Beds had bugs (not bed bugs in our booking). Beds didn’t come with blankets. Constant screaming and cigarette smells in the rooms”

”Loved everything about Cascada. The staff was great, everything was very clean in the room and the spa was excellent.”

”Good breakfast. The pancake machine was down during our stay but there were plenty other options to choose from. Comfortable beds made for great sleeps. ”

”The hotel itself is nice, security fence and gates around property to help protect your vehicle. The area around it has really been run down, homeless peeps hiding in the shadows everywhere. A 16% Tax was added to the bill as a Hotel Tax in a state that has No state tax, very disappointing, this hotel is just over the river from WA. State, next time we’ll book on WA. Side due to the excess hotel tax and surrounding area and homeless issues. ”
