”Hi,
The breakfast was great, thank you. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the room I booked. There was sand-like debris on the floor near the AC/heater unit, and I found hair on the bathroom wall and in the bathtub.
The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival.
Unfortunately, this will be our first and last stay at this hotel.
I hope this feedback can help improve your housekeeping standards.”

”The room was clean and comfortable but showing some wear. We had to get maintenance (which was sent up immediately) to reattach our toilet seat. I was surprised after walking around the building that there was no outdoor seating to relax in except for a couple of tables and chairs by the entrance. The pool area smelled so strongly of chlorine that we decided not to use. Treadmill was broken in the exercise room. Small things but added together left a “meh”impression.”
