”You can’t beat the price and though I knew the room didn’t have a TV, it was nice to use the one in the common room. This isn’t a complaint, but keep in mind there’s no AC. The fan provided and an open window made sleeping better. Probably quieter than downtown and easy to get to by bus.”

”The air-conditioning was not working. I had spoken to the front desk staff and it was supposed to have been fixed but no one ever came. It was a constant 25 degrees in the room.”

”The front desk staff woman was rude and confrontational when we checked in late after an emergency vehicle breakdown. The hotel lobby also smelled strongly like old cigarettes which was not welcoming. Our room had an old hair elastic and a pile of dust/hair under the corner of the bed by the night table which did not give us confidence in the overall cleanliness of the room. The sheets on one bed also had stains in the center of them.”

”We had a great time meeting family at the Tides Inn! It was easy to access from the highway. Lots of parking. Free popcorn and coffee in the lobby when we arrived. Our room was spotless and nice and cool. Our stay included unlimited mini golf next door! There were plenty of picnic tables a large BBQ to use and just a few minutes to the beach. We were 100% satisfied 👍👍👍 Thanks! We'll definitely book again!”

”Air conditioner was so loud I had to turn it off! Also dog hair on my sheets. It’s an older building with some updates in the bathroom. Other guests were very loud until just after midnight so not a good sleep.”
