Located in Arcachon, just steps from the marina, our studio will be the ideal place for your seaside getaway. South-facing on the third floor of a secure residence with elevator and private parking (unobstructed view facing the Saint Ferdinand church), you'll appreciate the proximity to beaches, shops, restaurants, the Aiguillon district, and the bike path. Access to the residence's underground parking is via a 206 cm high by 320 cm wide garage door, after a descent and a turn; the parking space is 5 m by 2.12 m, which is generally appreciated, although it can be difficult to find a space outside. The studio comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a bathroom (toilet, small bathtub, and sink with large drawers), a living room with a kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, fridge-freezer), and a sofa bed with a pull-down bed (140x200 cm). Bed linens, towels, and kitchen linens for two are provided, along with a television and internet access. A balcony with a small table, two armchairs, and a lounge chair will enhance your stay. Pets are not allowed to accommodate guests with allergies.
