”The motel was great for a two night stay. The room was clean and spacious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We arrived on a saturday night and there was a bar right next to our room so it was pretty noisy, but otherwise everything was fine. In the motel area there were several shops and cafes so you didn't have to go far to find what you need.”

”This lovely place is a piece of Magnetic Island's history, apparently a former recreational facility for soldiers. Unit 6 is a light-filled unit with steep stairs on either side, ceiling fans in every room, a very minimal, older kitchen and amazing views of the national park, generous courtyard and gorgeous pool. Luxury it isn't, but it is such a lovely space, I would stay there again in a heartbeat.”

”Location was amazing, opposite a quiet beach, with rock wallabies and a ship wreck to snorkel in Geoffrey bay, and 400m up the road one of the best swimming beaches on the island in Alma bay. Tiny little pool was still used quite a bit, but a couple of houses up the road was Arcadia village With a lagoon pool available for a more resort style pool experience (at the cost of a couple of drinks from the bar of you fancy).”
