As you enter this warm and cheery home, you immediately find the cozy living area on the right. With puffy sofas, warm wood walls, and a TV, this is where you can imagine yourself relaxing with a cup of coffee, watching a movie or visiting with family and friends. Borrow a book from the bookshelves and settle in.

On the other side of the entryway, just a few steps down the hall, is where you will find a Family Room – perfect for kids, with colorful furniture, a library of videos and stocked with board games and books. Use of a computer and printer are also available in this room if someone needs office or school access.

The large kitchen with its brightly colored tile and impressive bottle collection, provides ample space for preparing snacks or culinary masterpieces. You'll find everything you need in this well-equipped room, including an outdoor grill through the door to the back covered patio. The kitchen is open to the bright yet cozy dining room that boasts seating for 10 and views of the
ocean through its wall of windows or glass patio doors. Step out onto the patio for even better views and listen to the sound of the Pacific when you share your meal at the picnic table outside. In the evening, enjoy a cocktail by the firepit and watch the spectacular sunsets…or gaze at the infinite stars at night. This is the Oregon Coast, and the possibilities are endless…

The second story of the house has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have their own en-suite bathroom. The primary bedroom to the right has a Queen bed and views of the ocean. This bedroom boasts the largest private bathroom with both a deep tub and separate shower available. As an added bonus, the skylight above the tub promises the possibility of stargazing as you soak after an adventurous day. Adjacent to this room is a second Queen bedroom with its own full bathroom complete with a shower. Here too, you may look out to the Pacific and plan your next fun-filled day.

Across the hall, and past the conveniently located washer and dryer, are the remaining two bedrooms. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Perfect for the kids, these brightly colored rooms have plenty of storage space as well as an assorted number of kid-friendly items to provide all the comforts of a home. With a Queen bed in one room, and a pyramid bunk (double/single) in the other, these rooms can comfortably accommodate several little ones, in their own quiet area of the home.
