”The house was perfect for two kids and a dog. Easy access to a good sized fenced in yard and plenty of yard for the kids to play. The house had what we needed and even had extra paper towels and toilet paper which is not always the case. The owner was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. ”

” We arrived in town and stayed for one night so that my daughter could attend admitted students day at a university she intends to attend. The check-in process was seamless, and the property met all the descriptions provided on VRBO. ”

”1st I thought we'd be alone in the building, the tenant next door cooked fish and our whole unit stunk, the smell stayed our entire stay. The neighbors dogs barked constantly especially at night. The walls are so thin you could hear everything next door. The sofa smelled like dirty dogs. The swimming pool is a rusting tub and the backyard was a mess. Very unhappy with the stay, the worst one I've ever rented.”

First, after booking, the owner asked us to pay an extra money for cleaning fee, even though it was not clearly listed in the Expedia booking details. ”Carnival decor. Rooms were clean, plenty of space, outside garbage containers were full and not alot of room to put our trash.No outdoor seating and glad we brought chairs. Main bathroom backed up but drained with time. Easy accessibility to stores, and restaurants.Kitchen was equipped with all our cooking needs. All in all was a comfortable place to stay for what we needed. Thank you ”
