”Very nice room, only problem was not enough lighting in the vanity area and out of body wash in the shower.”

”Staff very helpful and courteous however room was substandard. No closet!!! Wardrobe had no way to hang anything. It was too short even for my t-shirt not to mention dress or suit. They were hanging on the floor lamp instead. Bathroom shower faucet was running despite attempts to turn it off. Bathtub had stains from that running water. Makeup mirror was falling off the wall. Carpet had suspicious stains and whatever they used to clean the room with had a really noxious smell. Multiple other...

”The manager was training a male employee when we checked in. He was extremely helpful and courteous. She was very rude to him in front of us. If I were him I would have quit on the spot. The pool area was discussing. We were going to sit by the pool but there was soooo much algae and mildew on the concrete and chairs we were u able to sit. We will not go back there.”

”Great location, safety features - doors locked after sundown you must use your key to enter property and use elevator. Good breakfast. Ample parking. Staff friendly and helpful. Suite very well maintained and comfortable.”

”The property is very conveniently located, clean & modern. We were on the 7th floor & the ice machine was out the duration of our stay. We were excited to enjoy the breakfast buffet-it looked great, but everything that was supposed to be hot was cold-including the waffles-not good at the cost of $21/person. We had our dog with us & the property welcomed him.”

”I love the place , the hotel is amazing , clean and very well maintained. The staff are exceptional and very welcoming and supportive.”

”Overall the hotel amenities were okay…. The hotel’s rooftop restaurant food, was not very good and overpriced. The best part of dining there was the friendly staff and the music being played. Inside the room was clean. But, there was a strong smell. At first, I thought it was coming from the pipes, I recognize that it was probably coming from the refrigerator and microwave area. Also, I noticed there were black cotton light materials landing in the tub and on the sink surface. I imagine it was...

”I like the new concept hotel in a well-known chain. Little things can make or break an impression, though. The in-room coffee maker and coffee brand were not good at all. Finding out at check-in that we had to pay to park...$16...wasn't welcoming, especially when the parking lot only had or 7 cars parked there the entire time we were there. Overall, though, it's a very nice hotel.”

”Chef D made amazing breakfast and helped my son make waffles every morning while maintaining a clean and pleasant environment. The woman at the desk whose name started with a D but I'm sorry I don't remember; she was so nice and helpful throughout out trip.”

”Close to everything near Sandy springs.”
