”The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the parking facilities were convenient. The hotel is also located in a safe and comfortable area, which made the stay even more enjoyable.”

”The staff was so kind, helpful and outgoing. Gave us lots of great tips and recommendations for getting around Porto and the Duoro Valley. Truly genuine and went out of their way to make our stay lovely. Also, breakfast was excellent!”

”This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The location is a reasonable distance from the busy city of Porto over the river, while still being very accessible on the Gaia side, near the port wine cellars. We booked a studio room overlooking the Douro River with a stunning balcony view of the Luís I Bridge that we had to see to believe. Some days we took a short walk along the river to the lower cable car station to take in amazing views on the ride to the top. The upper station is next...

”We had a room with a balcony overlooking the Douro. The hotel is on the south side of the river, almost in the shadow of the Luis 1 bridge, with a gorgeous view of Porto proper. Good bed, pillows, robes and towels. The only real issue was that the room itself was quite small. Nice shower but otherwise a tight bathroom.
The staff was universally well-motivated and helpful.
