The interior maintains a rustic style with wooden and brick elements, including a fully equipped open kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave and more, connected to a spacious living-dining room with fireplace and air conditioning to ensure comfort even on cold days. The bedroom layout is practical: on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and storage, while on the lower floor there are three bedrooms (two with double or single beds) and two bathrooms with shower tray.
The villa is surrounded by a privileged natural environment, with views of the mountain and the swimming pool, and also featuring garden furniture, fenced plot and outdoor parking.
