”The main plus was the extreme cleanliness of the room. That said, it was a bit worn down and the air conditioning was so loud it was hard to talk or sleep in our room. The pool was tiny (max capacity of 5) and cold, so we only ended up using it for a few minutes. The staff we encountered were friendly. The breakfast was as expected.”

I don't know when our room was last vacuumed there was food crumbs on the floor and a whole orange on the floor between the wall and the pullout bed. ”Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent, over ripe bananas, frozen oranges, not a good selection of hot food, sink filled up(needs cleaned out), shower handle was very hard to turn, paper thin walls, no room darkening blinds, pillows were awful, staff told us that was what you get, mediocre workout room, decent location, lake view yes but with parking lot and power lines, dont pay extra. Would not a stay again. Ty (2nd shift, was the best) He deserves all the praise”

”Mouse poop on my bed, no one wore the wrist bands for the pool and no one watching their kids, hot tubs full of kids and Luke warm. Breakfast horrible and the cafe wasn’t open to order room service, no response from front desk. Honestly a horrible experience. Supposed to be a full service hotel and everything was horrible. I wish I could get a refund”

”We were looking forward to a 3-night stay at this boutique hotel, with its restaurant and pool. However, upon arrival we learned there was no restaurant, and then were told the pool was closed which was a key amenity in my booking. Disappointed, we headed to our room hoping to make the best of it. The room had a funky smell despite being non-smoking, so I tried airing it out. Then my daughter noticed a sticky substance on the walls, so she washed her hands and we figured we'd just avoid...

”Convenient location, adjacent restaurant is excellent with an additional coffee/breakfast stand in the lobby. Large fitness center, nice pool, and a lovely outdoor seating area. Free parking - would definitely stay here again. Very convenient to the NE Arts district of Minneapolis.”

”The bathroom could have been cleaner the floor in the bathroom. They should have had more options for breakfast. Also they only have house keeping Monday , Wednesday, Friday so you have to hunt down towels toilet paper or any thing that’s needed change your trash five or to them on Saturday and Sunday. But the front desk was. Wry polite besides a rude lady over the phone. Beds were clean.”
