”Couldn’t fault the breakfast and evening meals. We booked standard rooms and were surprised to discover they were 50m away from the hotel, the rooms were small and dated with old looking carpets. The bed was comfy and the bedding clean and fresh. The en-suite was very cramped and cold with no heating to dry your towels. The lighting was controlled by a key switch that was located on the wall next to the bed, you had to insert the room key with the huge key fob into it and it was impossible to...

”A beautiful location in the hills down by the river. The room was very nice, and the bed was comfortable. The room was spacious with clean and well-equipped bathroom facilities. We did not use the spa facilities, so unable to comment on them.
The staff were helpful and courteous. We did take advantage of the restaurant, where the food was very good, but unfortunately, my partner did not receive the dauphinoise potatoes she ordered.
