The water is a slow sloping grade on the Oklahoma side of the lake. Get ready to enjoy your stay. If you bring a pontoon boat, it can be beached close. The community boat launch is just to the east. Bring your golf cart and drive down to the water or over to the boat ramp in this golf cart friendly community. Buncombe creek marina is about 10 minutes away if you need a day slip. Our property was made for enjoying your lake stay. It offers durable concrete floors and a simple design to bring friends and family together for a great weekend on Lake Texoma.
