Villa in Arenas with Sea Views and Private Pool

Detached villa situated in the hills near Arenas, with a beautiful view of the sea and the coastal towns of Vélez-Málaga (11 km) and Torre del Mar. The villa is on the ground floor and has a well-kept interior. Of course, there is a private pool with a sun terrace and sun loungers are available.

The villa is modern and has a light feel and has a spacious, modern kitchen. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower in a round room. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. The house has a spacious terrace and around the private pool there is a terrace with beautiful views.
There is a nice path to the top of the hill (1 km), where the ruins of the Bentomiz castle, an old Moorish fortress, remain. You can also have a picnic in the shade of the olive trees. In Algarrobo Costa (9 km) you will find a wide beach and a long promenade to stroll along. You can go shopping in Torre del Mar (15 km), where there is a market on Thursdays, or of course in Malaga (45 km). This town has a nice shopping street in the lively centre and culture lovers will certainly be in their element here.

The Arenas road is partly unpaved and paved in the steeper parts. Some caution is required, especially in the dark. Thus, the road is mainly suitable for people with a good driving experience. Not suitable for people with a fear of heights.

A security deposit of EUR 140,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
