Then, its outdoor space offers you a multitude of possibilities to fully enjoy the fine weather, with a large garden to relax in the sun or have fun with the children, a swimming pool to cool off, and a terrace to savour good meals.



Inside, you will find an open-plan living area with three distinct spaces: a fully equipped American kitchen with induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle; opening onto the large dining table where you will enjoy sharing convivial moments over good food. Then, the cosy lounge, where you can relax in front of the television.



Once night falls, you will be able to rest in one of the 3 three bedrooms in the house. The master suite, located on the ground floor, has a large double bed, an opening onto the garden, an adjoining bathroom and a dressing room. Upstairs, two other bedrooms await you: the first with two single beds, ideal for children or a couple, the second equipped with a large double bed and a balcony.



For even more comfort, the house also has a bathroom, two independent toilets, a washing machine, a hair dryer and the possibility of parking 2 cars.
