”The property was fantastic, and the location was superb. Everything was as advertised, and we enjoyed our stay. We were meeting up with some friends that are staying in Cortona for several months and our locations were two minutes away. Views were great and the cafes for breakfast were easy and good. You might need to take a look at the shower head. It has a hole that sprays on the wall and will cause damage over the long run. Angela was very responsive prior to our check-in. ”Property is very clean with extremely good location-inside walls with excellent dining and some shopping. Host is helpful. Be aware, this is a mountain-too town so parking is a couple blocks away with steep walking. Call host before arrival for directions to park. It was difficult for me or Expedia to contact host, but he was cooperative and helpful when we arrived. Very nice, large room and bath. Quiet considering it is on main street. I recommend the facility and location highly. ”

”This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. There are no restaurants in Tregozanno but there is a great butcher and deli/mini market. There is also a pharmacy and bar! Maurizio, the owner lives next door and is the loveliest, most helpful human being...
