”We had a rental car and reserved this hotel based on the parking. We were informed by email that the garage was 15 euro a night and was a 2 minute walk to the hotel..both were false. The walk from the garage is all uphill and with luggage took us about 12 minutes. When we went to leave the garage we had to pay 25 euros. The garage attendant told us to get the 10 euro refund from the hotel. I have emailed proprietor several times asking for a refund but have never received a response. ...
