The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming, fully air-conditioned maisonnette for rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, close to the beach, with jacuzzi and petanque area. It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers. It comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a private, enclosed garden of around 1,000 m². The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open, fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: two single beds joined together to form a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, iron, cot, high chair.

Outside:
- Jacuzzi open from March to October (up to 6 people)
- 1,000 m² private enclosed garden with petanque area
- A 150 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
