There is room for improvement and he tells me fibre is coming soon for the broadband.It took us a while to find where the Pool was as its not obvious. Instruction on how to find it would be helpful. It's listed as communal but we felt like we was using his private pool and a couple of time he had friends round to use the pool, so we made other plans instead.
