Welcome to this finca with private pool in Ariany, in the centre of Mallorca, with plenty of space for 11 guests.



The house is on the outskirts of Ariany, a small picturesque village with an authentic Majorcan flavour. You can visit the Puig de Bonany in Petra with 360º views, the street market in Sineu, which takes place every Wednesday or enjoy the beaches in the north, among them Can Picafort and Puerto de Alcúdia. The surrounding area is a paradise for cyclists and hikers and there are many country roads to be explored. Shops and supermarkets can be found in Manacor or Inca. A car is necessary.



Outside, you can enjoy a refreshing 10 x 5 metre private salt pool, with a depth ranging from 0.5 metres to 2.10 metres. In addition, you can relax in the beautiful garden equipped with sun loungers. The poolside porch is perfect for outdoor dining, thanks to the mobile barbecue available. You will also find an outdoor shower to freshen up before entering the pool. The finca is ideal for families with children as there are goats and chickens.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, filter and Italian coffee machine, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The living room also has air conditioning and satellite TV. In addition, the villa has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and outdoor parking. If you are travelling with children, we can provide a cot and high chair on request. For relaxation there are 6 comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and wardrobe. Four of the bedrooms have a double bed, one has 2 single beds and the last one has a single bed, making it the ideal accommodation for up to 11 people. The house has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, as well as a hairdryer.

The owner will give you the keys on the day of your arrival. Please let us know your arrival time and your flight number or ferry schedule so that we can better organise your arrival.



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory. The Eco-tax will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: As required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 14 years of age. This information is sent by email.
