La Casita:
The house has five ancient rooms that invite visitors to immerse themselves in a small and charming village, included in the World Heritage Sites. In the surroundings, guests can appreciate beautiful vineyards and wineries with wines that deserve the best prizes and can also immerse themselves in the Corona Forestal Natural Park and explore its spectacular trails full of majestic landscapes such as the El Contador Valley or the Tamadaya Ravine.







House "La Casita": Old house of the 18th century. 110 m2 completely restored and conditioned but keeping great part of the Canarian pine wood ceilings. It has two rooms with bathroom, an open pan kitchen and a dining room with huge garden with solarium and open air private swimming pool and with spectacular views to the mountains as well as to the vineyards and olive trees terraces.







Located in the historical-artistic area of Arico Nuevo to the southeast of the island of Tenerife and only 47 kilometers from the capital of the island and 28 kilometers from the Tenerife South Airport (TFS), El Sitio de la Casa is a small rural resort with charm aimed at special and diferent people, who like to enjoy quiet places with magic and charm. The pleasant climate of the south of Tenerife makes this place an ideal destination all year round.



If you like diving you can visit El Porís de Abona, Las Eras and have a bath in the clean waters of the Atlantic and if you prefer climbing you will find magnificent walls in the ravines of Ortiz, El Río and El Porís.







It’s also a wonderful place for hike lovers. It’s worth visiting the Tamadaya Ravine, the Camino Real del Sur, El Contador Recreation area as well as the 40% of the Protected Natural Space which is divided into: Natural Monument of La Montaña Centinela, the site of Scientific Interest of Tabaibal del Porís, the Corona Forestal Natural Park which is the area that surrounds the Teide National Park and also home of the best samples of pine forest and high mountain vegetation of Tenerife, Barranco del Río Natural Park, etc.











The house has a plot of 220m2 and 110m2 built and distributed in:







- 1 double room with bathroom with shower and with double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m)



- 1 double room with 2 single beds with bathroom with shower (90 cm x 2.00 m)



- Living room and kitchen



- Equipment: gas cooker, kitchenware, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, sofa, wardrobe, electric water heater, hair dryer, washing machine in the common area for guests, iron, ironing board, cot , high chair, electric heating (oil radiator), WIFI, Smart TV.

Towels, sheets and kitchen cloths.







Private pool of 8m x 3.40 m, sunbeds and portable barbecue
