Ariyalai East Hotellit

”Great hotel with fantastic staff who were very courteous, helpful and hospitable, Location very convenient with train too being situated very near the Jaffna rail station. Rooms are large and practical. Will definitely stay here when in Jaffna next.”

”Washroom so dirty. They should clean toilets properly. Everywhere dust. Bedsheets are smelly. They should clean every day. By breakfast okay. Staffs are very helpfull”

”Clean and friendly staff”

”Good place to stay”

”Room was ckean and spacious. The were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was good. They could add a few more options for the breakfast and dinner.”

”Good food. Staff were super helpful and friendly and did their best to make you feel welcome. The housekeeping facilities including next day laundry service was good. The bathrooms had showers but they weren’t seal proof so the water kept leaking and coming into the main bathroom area. This is a design flaw. The balcony and the view of Jaffna from there is beautiful. The hotel location is central so it’s quite noisy. If you’re not an early riser, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as there are...

”Spacious rooms, clean but still recommend wearing slippers in bathroom. thin walls so noise from common areas is very loud.”

”enjoyed my stay here for 5 days. rooms are great . they have swimming pool and gym as well. Jenath Manager is a great asset for them , friendly and courteous. Watchman Senathirajah has a beautiful smile when entering the hotel :) will visit again”

”Staircase looks awesome. Tandoor chicken is to die for in a restaurant. Bathroom is a bit dirty and lacks of comfort. The room has beds, desk and broken closet. If you want cheap room without luxury, this is your place.”

”Bathrooms could be better condition and water pressure ”
