Queen bedroom downstairs, and King bedroom upstairs. Fully operational bathroom with toilet, shower/tub, clothes washer/dryer, hot water heater, fridge, stove/oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. The deck wraps around the house for day/night relaxation, with patio furniture. There is a fire-pit, and a wood fires sauna and hot-tub. The yard is spacious enough for many outdoor activities.

There is a hiking trail head 1 mile up the road. 1.5 hours drive to Flathead Lake, or 2.5 hours to Glacier National Park. Missoula is a quick 45 minutes away if you need to be in the city. The town of Arlee is 25 minutes down the road if you need last minute supplies from the mini market.

The property is surrounded by Tribal Forest, and must be treated with respect

- Hunting is completely off limits
- Fishing and hiking is allowed with the proper permits from the tribal website
- We have built a robust solar/battery system with a reliable auto-start backup generator and a small backup generator to that as well. We have battle tested this system for many years and it is very reliable. There is a chance that some of the systems could have a hiccup or a glitch and so you should be aware of that. We can monitor the system and would address it as quickly as possible. Thank you
