”Hampton Inn Eastgate Cincinnati provides a good value stay for any business traveller visiting the Cincinnati area. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hot oatmeal and fresh fruits with breakfast and a Starbucks cafe in walking distance (should you wish to enjoy an espresso based coffee) make you come back to this hotel again.”

”Everything exceeded my expectations! Very clean, shoutout to staff Mandy (maintenance), Kay and Jordon at the front desk for exceptional customer service!! Please buy them a pizza dinner, they are well worth it!!”

”It was a good value for the money spent. We were surprised to find out it was a motel when we arrived - nothing in the listing indicated that, we were expecting a hotel. But the room was reasonably clean (some spots on linens, sticky remote) and the free breakfast was very nice (waffles, sausage, eggs, assorted pastries and cereals). ”

”No hot water at night of check in or in the morning for shower, Luke warm at best. At check in , staff clerk eating food. Beds were small. ”

”The property around the hotel was littered with trash. Inside, there were several broken windows around the pool. Behind the center table between the queen beds was filthy! Behind the TV was filthy! There were long black hairs left in several places in the room. The door closures were poor and doors slammed throughout the night. The HVAC unit rattled when running.”

”I stayed in a room with an adjoining door leading to another room, so unsure if that is a contributing factor, but the noise was unbearable. The walls were very thin, I could hear entire conversations being had by the guests next door, and I don’t even think they were speaking loud. I could also hear their phone alarms going off in the morning (and they unfortunately hit snooze several times). Also, the alarm clock in my room was set and went off at 2am!! ”The room was spacious and clean. A wall between both would have made for nicer accommodations. Breakfast was okay. They need to invest in better coffee and make sure it is always hot. The last night was not so great. It seems that a ball team was staying there and they were loud in the hallway until midnight talking, running, and slamming doors. Location felt very safe.
