âThe front desk staff were helpful and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, I have no complaints about that. The CARPET in the room is filthy! We walked barefoot for a few minutes and our feet were black. âWe really enjoyed our stay and had a very positive experience overall.
We cannot comment on the breakfast since we were not available during those hours. The area is quiet and peaceful, with very little noise, which we truly appreciated. There are also gas stations and grocery stores nearby, and the parking area is spacious and convenient.

âQuick check in and out. It was in a great area surrounded by other hotels and only about 15 mins from downtown Jax.
The free breakfast wasnât the best, but it was free so it is what it is. I used the ice machine way more and it makes pretty good ice, ha.
Overall, the room was nice enough. The bathroom shower could have been cleaner but the bed was super comfy and firm.â

âEveryone and Everything was excellent. Extremely clean. At one point it smelled in the hallway on second floor as if a customer had smoked marijuana in the room. The staff put an air purifier in the hall and it made a great difference. This was my first time staying in an AC hotel and I love it. It has become one of my favorites.â

âThe front desk staff were quite rude when asked basic questions. The room i had, 817, was in horrible condition. floors were dirty, toilet paper holder was haphazardly hung on the wall and fell off during my stay. I wont be coming back as there are plenty of options in that area to stay and get a higher quality of service. The only bright point was the bartender. The food was good and the service was what I expect from a Hilton hotel.â

âAnts, broken vent fans, pool closed most every time I checked and finding out the hotel was overbooked after a 1200 mile trip created a lot of stress... I can say the staff was helpful and we were moved to another room of which only had one bed where temp beds had to be moved in for my children.
