”No air conditioning. rooms were very hot first couple of nights. Window wouldn’t open to outside and no maintenance available to fix the window. They did not clean our room the 3 days we were there even though they seemed to be cleaning rooms around us. Staff were friendly but seemed to be understaffed. Definitely not up to the same standard as other embassy suites ”

”The room smell, they don’t look like the picture shows. Waited two day for a remote that never showed up. Not jacuzzi tub like it shows for the Sweet. The main lobby was a little room not a large lobby like shown in the pictures. ”

”Dirty rundown pest problems un kept supplies such as sheets and blankets with holes and tears as well as stained. Staff not real friendly and short with words. Don't seem professional. Sticky floors and furniture and and just not a comfortable nor inviting place. Pests were the worst part I came with two people I don't want to leave with extras. I paid online to arrive to couches and furniture piled outside which was the first red flag. Will not be returning ”
